I’m Sarah Hope - Therapist for high-achieving moms and women

I’m a trauma-trained, certified counsellor with over 20 years of experience helping women break free from burnout, guilt, and anxiety to reclaim their calm and confidence. I firmly believe that every mom deserves to feel empowered and deeply connected—to her kids, her career, and herself—without sacrificing her well-being in the process.


I started this journey because I know firsthand how heavy life can feel when you’re trying to do it all. As a single mom who’s juggled career success with raising two kids, I’ve walked in your shoes and found a way through.


Fun fact: I’ve helped hundreds of women rewrite their stories, and when I’m not in session, you might find me sneaking in a dance party with my daughters or baking a sweet treat. Together, we’ll create a life that feels aligned, joyful, and unapologetically you.
