Counselling for women in Grimsby, Ontario
If you’re a high-capacity woman in Grimsby who’s tired of holding it all together while silently unraveling inside—you’re in the right place. Online counselling offers a safe space to stop pushing, start healing, and reconnect with who you really are beyond the roles you carry.
How it works
01
Book an intro call
You don’t need to hit rock bottom to ask for help. Our first call is a gentle, supportive space where you can share what’s been weighing you down—and what you want to feel instead.
02
Personalized, one-on-one sessions
From late-night mental spirals to mid-dinner meltdowns, we work with the reality of your life—not some perfect version of it. You deserve therapy that fits into your world.
03
Evidence-based therapeutic techniques
With trauma-informed and somatic approaches, we’ll help you regulate your nervous system, challenge inner critics, and start building a version of motherhood that includes you.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Sarah – whenever I have needed her assistance she is always willing to help. Sarah is a dedicated instructor who is very committed to her student's success. In my role as Education Assistant I interact daily with the student population and more than once I have been told by Sarah's students how much they value not only what she has taught them but how much they appreciate the role she has played in developing them as a career professional.
