Compassionate online therapy for high-achieving moms. Get mental health support in Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, and surrounding Ontario areas to reclaim balance and confidence.
It’s time to break free from the overwhelm and guilt so you can achieve your goals with confidence—without sacrificing your well-being.
You’re a high-achieving mom feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself.
You want to break free from the constant guilt of not “doing it all perfectly” and learn how to prioritize your well-being.
You’re tired of feeling like you’re constantly giving but never receiving, and you want to build deeper connections with your kids, partner, and yourself.
You’re ready to stop feeling like you’re surviving and start thriving, balancing your career, family, and personal life with confidence.
Or maybe you’ve never tried therapy before but you know deep inside that talking to someone might help you feel better.
Let’s work together to help you create the life you deserve—calm, confident, and connected.
Burnout is your baseline. Waking up exhausted, going to bed drained, and feeling like you can’t catch a break—because your to-do list never stops growing. It's exhausting, and it's not sustainable.
You’re always on, but never really present. You’re juggling meetings, family time, and endless tasks, but you feel disconnected from it all. Whether you're with your kids or your partner, your mind is still on that never-ending list of things you need to do. It’s like you're living in a fog, always thinking about what’s next instead of enjoying the moment.
Guilt is your constant companion. You feel guilty when you take time for yourself, as though your needs should always come last. That inner voice telling you you're not enough or that you're failing somehow is so loud. It’s like you’re letting down everyone you care about—your family, your work, and even yourself.
You're trying to keep it all together, but it's falling apart. Whether it's missing an important event for your kids or forgetting a crucial work deadline, you feel like you're constantly behind. You’re juggling so many things at once, and it's only a matter of time before something slips through the cracks.
You’ve lost touch with the “you” that was before all this. You used to have passions, dreams, energy—and now? You don’t even remember what it feels like to be excited about anything that doesn’t revolve around your responsibilities.
You
can regain control, feel present, and thrive without guilt. Let's break the cycle together.
Instead of feeling like you're already behind before your day even starts, you step into your morning with clarity, purpose, and energy.
You’re present with your kids when they share their day with you, and your partner actually feels like your partner—not just another person in the family logistics mix.
You actually get to enjoy them without guilt, whether you’re curled up with a book, sipping a coffee in peace, or going for a walk in the fresh air.
If you’re ready to step into a life where you’re no longer overwhelmed, exhausted, or constantly questioning your worth, then this is exactly what my counselling can do for you.
Through personalized counselling, we’ll work together to help you break free from burnout, guilt, and self-doubt. You’ll gain the tools and mindset shifts necessary to regain your confidence, restore balance, and find a deeper sense of connection with yourself, your family, and your career.
Each session is designed specifically for you. Whether we’re addressing burnout, anxiety, relationship issues, or navigating the complexities of motherhood, you’ll receive guidance that’s tailored to your unique experiences and needs.
We’ll use a blend of proven, evidence-based methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed practices. These tools will help you understand the root causes of your struggles and empower you with the skills to break free from cycles of guilt, perfectionism, and overwhelm.
I believe in creating a warm, empathetic environment where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Our work will be focused on helping you reconnect with yourself, build emotional resilience, and foster healing at your own pace.
Using techniques like grounding practices, mindful breathing, and body-focused strategies, we’ll work to calm your nervous system and reduce the impact of stress. This will allow you to be more present in your daily life, improve your emotional regulation, and feel more balanced in both your personal and professional life.
I don’t just want you to feel better in the moment—I want to help you build a foundation for long-term growth. You’ll leave each session with practical tools, insights, and exercises that will help you navigate future challenges with confidence and calm.
Change takes time, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way. Our sessions will help you stay on track, hold you accountable, and keep you motivated to make meaningful changes that align with your values.
